It all started when...

Eugenia has been studying various aspects of health and wellness for over 15 years. She is a serial wellness therapist that rebuilds people from the inside out focusing on five core principles:  breath, mindfulness, meditation, movement, and nutrition.

Eugenia is a former attorney at notable government agencies and law firms. She left her legal career after 8 years to pursue helping others full time through the wellness applications she created and built expertise in. In 2016, she founded Fullstop Wellness, an integrative service promoting healthy living through well rounded guidance on the five core principles.  Eugenia has a B.A. from SUNY Binghamton; Juris Doctorate from St. John's School of Law; 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teaching certification from Buddha B Yoga, Washington, D.C.; Master Nutrition Certification from Precision Nutrition; and Children and Youth Yoga and Mindfulness training from Little Flower Yoga, New York.
